THE BRINGING BABY HOME PROGRAM BY THE GOTTMAN INSTITUTE
New Parent Workshop
The program teaches couples how to:
- Increase friendship in their relationship
- Deal effectively with conflict
- Involve dads in infant care and parenting
- Improve the quality of parent-infant interaction
- Recognize the psychological and emotional needs of their child

This yoga will be suitable for all ages and skill levels – even pregnant yogis! Kids and families are welcome. No pets, please.
Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.

This FREE gathering is open to any mom wanting to feel better, connect, and enjoy the journey of motherhood. Each month will highlight a specific topic with coinciding activities and guest speakers will be present at some gatherings to discuss specific issues. Our goal is to give you a private, safe space to enhance your wellbeing and socialize with other moms who “get it.”

Coffee & Careers
Greenville area women joined us for seminars in June and July to learn about strategies for career transitions and how to pull from their own inner strength to get through tough times at work.
What does going back to work outside of the home look like for you? As you transition from maternity leave or from life as a “Stay At Home Mom”, there’s a lot to consider. Join us as we discuss the 4 S’s of Transition: Situation, Self, Support, and Strategy.
