What & Who
Nurtured Beginnings is tailored for new moms struggling with postpartum distress (basically you don’t feel the way you expected).
This group offers four 90-minute sessions (that’s 6 hours of expert-guided support!) focused on your emotional well-being for the postpartum period and beyond. Led by an expert in perinatal mental health, each session provides a safe space for you to connect, learn, and thrive. Babies in arms welcome!
When & Where
The group will be held in-person at 25 Woods Lake Rd, Ste 402, Greenville, SC. Sessions are offered on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm from October 29 – November 19.
Cost & Registration
Registrants can secure a spot at a discounted price of $220 when paid in full at registration, or opt for a flexible payment plan of $65 per week for 4 weeks. With only 10 spots available, pre-registration is required to secure your space. Registration closes on October 24th.

WEEK 3: Strengthening Relationships & Building Support

Explore the impact of postpartum changes on intimacy, teamwork, and connection

Identify and strengthen your support system or “village”

Practice a somatic regulation exercise for staying calm during hard conversations

Leave with strategies to feel more supported, seen, and connected in your relationships
WEEK 4: Creating Balance & Moving Forward with Confidence

Discover ways to bond with your baby while easing mom guilt

Learn how to manage feeding challenges and expectations with less stress

Identify sustainable self-care practices that fit into daily life as a new mom

Use a final art therapy reflection activity to create a vision for your “new normal”

Leave with a personalized plan for ongoing balance, self-compassion, and support
