Timely Appointments

We reserve openings each week to ensure that most clients can be seen within one week.
We know that when you are struggling, waiting isn’t an option.

Income-Based Fees

We offer a tiered, income-based fee structure to increase access to specialized reproductive and maternal mental health services. Session fees range from $60–$150, depending on clinician and service type. We also offer out-of-network billing support services by providing superbills and in many cases even filing the sessions for you. Our Client Services Coordinator will guide you through options so you can feel confident and supported in the process.

Scholarship Counseling Options

To further support access to care, we maintain a limited number of scholarship counseling spots for short-term, focused treatment at $30 per session. These openings are available on a first-come basis and prioritized for those facing acute financial hardship or experiencing reproductive loss or crisis.

Payment & Insurance

We are an out-of-network practice and provide superbills for reimbursement or in many cases can even file the claims for you, upon request. Many clients receive partial repayment from their insurance company. Our counseling fees range from $60–$150 per session, depending on clinician and service type. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards and payment is processed at the time of each session.

How Out-of-Network Benefits Work

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, here’s what that means:

You have flexibility

Out-of-network benefits allow you to choose the therapist who best fits your needs—even if they’re not in your insurance network.

You pay upfront

Because we’re not in-network, you pay for your session at the time of service.

You may get reimbursed

After submitting a claim (we can file them for you in some cases), your insurance may reimburse a percentage of the session cost once you meet your out-of-network deductible.

Reimbursement varies by plan

For example, after meeting a $1,000 deductible, some plans reimburse 50–80% of the session fee.
